TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18. BoyMeetsStyle.com personnel (along with its contractors, affiliates and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes. Submitted posts must have been taken at or after 12pm (Eastern/Standard TIme) on June 26th, 2016. Correctly tagged post submissions must be regarding the celebration of Gay Pride Month. BoyMeetsStyle.com reserves the right to deny or disqualify any entrant/post deemed unfit and/or not in conjuntion with our general ideals and values, and official terms and conditions.
3. WINNER SELECTION: Winners are chosen chronologically via Instagram posts, and cannot win multiple prizes.
4. PRIZE: Winners will receive a Limited Edition "Stevendy" for BoyMeetsStyle “Pride4Pulse” Bracelet, with a maximum value of $20.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 7 days after the contest postdate. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
a. Winners will be required to provide a valid shipping address within 7 days of notification to recieve their prize. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All information related to the contest, including shipping information provided by the winners is private, and will not be disclosed to any outside party for outside purposes.
8. NOT ENDORSED BY INSTAGRAM: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, and release Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to BoyMeetsStyle.com and not to Instagram, and will be used to deliver your prize if you have won, and to inform you about special offers, events, and future contests from BoyMeetsStyle.com and/or our trusted partners.
9. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BoyMeetsStyle.com in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its website or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: BoyMeetsStyle.com and Stevendy will not be responsible for any lost or impaired pieces. Any Quality Defects must be reported by email within 15 days of possession. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, BoyMeetsStyle.com may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release BoyMeetsStyle.com from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
