We first noticed Jacopo Olmo's undeniable allure at last year’s Gypsy Sport Fall/Winter Presentation for New York Fashion Week Men’s. His bright orange buzz cut, piercing blue eyes, and eccentric flare for fashion instantly exuded top model, and dare we say, rising star.
Unlike the many cookie-cutter model boys you can spot out and about in New York City, you’re most likely to catch Jacopo with a basketball in hand, or doing pull-ups on the side of an abandoned city street. A fact easily credited to his personality and a testament to today’s generation. Jacopo’s singular style is youthfully relatable and transcends those pesky industry boundaries in the loudest form. In an interview with W Magazine; when asked about why he dyed his hair, Jacopo had this to say.
“It represents my personality. I’m really friendly and always full of energy. I also did it because I wanted to express myself and let people know who the f— I am!”
Good call? We definitely think so, and can’t wait to see what’s next for this Italian-born hot shot.
